In circumstances in which a conflict of interest is unclear to staff or other MLK Celebration Committee Dallas affiliate, a judgment regarding the potential conflict will be made by the MLK Celebration Committee Dallas Board of Directors, for which a record will be available in the minutes of the Board of Directors meeting.
